Your information will remain completely confidential. We will verify all shipping addresses. Your billing address must be the same as your credit card statement billing address or your order can not be processed. We will not be able to ship to a post office box.

We ship using the United States Postal Service.  Our shippping rates are as follows:

USPS Express Mail with Insurance up to $500

Flat rate $35.00

Although prices may change according to fluctuations in the rising gold cost, we strive to always maintain the best prices in the market.      

All orders in the state of Florida will be charged 7% sales tax.

We want the complete satisfaction of our customers at Santayan Jewelry!  Please review your merchandise upon arrival to ensure that your order is correct. If our product does not meet up to your expectations, just send it back.

Please return the product(s) within 30 days of date of purchase.  We do not accept any returns on engraved items or special orders. 

To return merchandise to Santayana simply follow the below steps:

•Request a Return Product Authorization (RPA) by submitting an email to: rudysantayana@aol.com•Place all the products in their original packaging.

•Return the item/s via any carrier (USPS, FED EX, etc,.)

Please include the invoice or packing slip with your return along with a brief explanation of your return and how we can better serve you next time.  Returns will only be credited using the same method that was used when purchase was made.We will not return any shipping or handling fees.
